Class Description
[G1] School Affiliated

School Affiliated Groups and Organizations [G1] – groups directly affiliated with the school district whose primary purpose is to support the curricular and co-curricular programs of the school district, including Parent Teacher groups, sports boosters, music league.             

  • NOTE: Fees will be charged for booster-sponsored camps and tournaments.
[G2] School Related

School Related Youth Groups [G2] – organizations located within the boundaries of the district that provide services to the youth of the school district, including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, BAWA, Optimist Club, Boyertown Legionettes Twirlers, Boyertown Midget Baseball, Boyertown Soccer Club, summer camps, post-prom committee, American Legion, etc.

[G3] District Community

Community Groups within the School District [G3] includes not for profit service and community groups located within the boundaries of the district. Including the YMCA, Churches, Bible Clubs, Alumni Groups, Boyertown Area Historical Society, Boyertown Multi-Service, Building a Better Boyertown, Homeowners Associations, Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles, Dance Studios (within district boundaries), local businesses (within district boundaries), etc.

[G4] Other
  • 2024-25 SY: The district is not accepting any new out-of-district Groups for Facility Use. Registration will be declined.

Other Organizations [G4] groups not defined by any of the above categories including, but not limited to: out-of- district Organizations, such as Science Explorers, any Government Agencies, non-local Dance Companies, etc.

Group Information

  •  2024-25 SY: BASD IS NOT ACCEPTING  ANY NEW OUT-OF-DISTRICT GROUPS FOR FACILITY USE.

If you are a staff member who will be submitting requests for an internal group/team/club, please register using your group name, and use your name (and email) as Group Manager.

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.

The requirements of the COI are shown below:

Policy Effective Date – must be in effect on the date(s) of the event.

Minimum Insurance Coverage Required -

  • $1,000,000 combined general liability coverage for bodily injury and property.
  •   $1,000,000 products liability when food is sold or prepared and served.
  •  $1,000,000 automobile liability only for food trucks or any vendor using a vehicle or trailer during an event.

Certificate Holder must show as Boyertown Area School District, 911 Montgomery Ave, Boyertown, PA, 19512.

Additional Insured COI must indicate that Boyertown Area School District is also listed as an additional insured under General Liability and (if applicable) Automobile Liability.
